Coach2.com – Official sponsors of Procters Motorsport for 2011
Coach2.com has been announced as official sponsors of the Procters Motorsport Team for the 2011 Motorsport season.
Wed 15th December 2010 Offering Coach hire solutions to and from anywhere in the UK and Europe and specialising with airport flight delays, contingency plans and corporate coach travel, Coach2.com are the new force to be reckoned with in the coach travel industry and they back up their service promise with their own fleet of 200 coaches and officially approved suppliers.
Coach2.com became an associate sponsor of the British and European Rallycross teams in 2010 and is offering continued support for Kevin Procter, Dave Bellerby, Joe Cunningham and Paige Bellerby for the entire 2011 season.
Steve McGarrity, head of Coach2.com marketing said: “We are extremely pleased to continue our support and sponsorship of the Procters Motorsport Team for next season. We have strong links with motorsport and believe we have done the right deal with the team and are very excited in particular about keeping check on 2010 British Rallycross Champions Dave and Paige Bellerby. Paige is clearly a star of the future and I hope we see even more trophies coming back next year.”
He added: “We have recently launched our new Facebook page and to celebrate we are offering team merchandise as competition prizes, we also have some other fantastic promotions and competitions coming very soon.”
Coach2.com have also been keenly supporting Supercar ace Kevin Procter in the European Rallycross Championship and have helped him secure 12th place overall in 2010 with his 550bhp Ford Focus ERC. The car is capable of out-accelerating a Formula One car up to 100mph but races on mixed tarmac and gravel surfaces against grids of up to six cars, the exciting sport of rallycross attracts tens of thousands of fans across Europe and has recently been successfully introduced to the USA motorsport stage.
Kevin Procter of Procters Motorsport commented: “I am over the moon to have Coach2.com’s backing for the 2011 season, they are a new and upcoming company who are making waves in the coach travel industry and we are very happy to be associated with them. This means once again we can hopefully commit to another European Rallycross Championship and selected rounds of the British Championship.”
He continued: “Tony Bardy Motorsport, who manage my car, have already started making some major improvements which came to light after some recent testing. The ERC is a highly competitive championship and often less than one second separates the top ten so to get on the podium next year would be a dream come true but we will do what we can.”

All entrants must be over 16 years of age, find their own way to the circuit for 11am and be willing to sign a disclaimer whereby the lucky winner will drawn at random and notified on Saturday 18th December.
